New Patients

When you first register with this practice you will be given an appointment to see the Health Care Assistant for a new patient health check. This includes: Blood pressure reading, Height & Weight, smoking status etc.

You will also be asked if you have any additional information you need to have recorded on your medical records i.e. hard of hearing, being partially sighted etc. This information is important for your care.

All practice staff have a duty of confidence to ensure that your information is not disclosed inappropriately, and work to a Code of Conduct for handling personal information.
