Make Appointments

All our on the day appointments go on at 8.30 for the whole day

To book online appointment patients can use patient access. If you have an android phone you can also book an appointment’s and prescription via NHS app/ My GP app which can be downloaded here.

Appointments can be made by contacting the surgery between the hours of 8.30 am and 6pm. The telephones are at their busiest between the hours of 8.30- 9.30am, if your call is not urgent please try to avoid these times.

Doctor appointments are for 10 minutes only, if you require a longer appointment please discuss this with reception staff at the time of making the appointment.

Our Practice nurse works full time Monday to Friday working on a rotational fortnightly basis offering evening appointments.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact the Medical Centre to cancel it so that we can offer it to another patient - significant numbers of appointments are wasted each month when patients fail to cancel.

You are registered with the practice and not an individual doctor. You can however, subject to availability, choose which doctor you want to see when you make an appointment. The exception to this would be if you require an urgent book on the day appointment.

We have a team of receptionists who are fully trained and do a difficult job well. There will be times when they may need to ask one or two questions to judge the urgency of your request, as requested by all our doctors. All the information you give will always be treated in confidence as they are bound by the same code of conduct as the doctors.

as from 01.04.19 you will no longer be able to book evening appointments at 16.00pm as they will go from 8.30am for the day
